Furthermore, you have the option to expedite the refund process by filling out the refund request form now. Refunds will be processed within one business day. For customers who paid via bank transfer, refunds will be returned in digital currency for faster processing, or you may opt for bank transfer which may take up to 6 business days due to currency conversion processes. Digital currency transactions will be processed instantly.
